Feel the power of Contest Blogger! Following our plea to Roberta Ferguson to create a dude-oriented version of her Rockin’ Girl Blogger badge, she has seen the light and launched a new blogging community: the Awesome Guy Bloggers!
Roberta has already tagged a group of bloggers who she has dubbed Awesome, and I’m assuming she’ll include you in the community if you convince her of your Awesome credentials.
Roberta, I’m listing the “prize” in this contest as a backlink from your blog . . . can we assume that you’ll be updating regularly with a list of the new members of the Rockin’ Girl and Awesome Guy communities?
This could turn into a good link builder for Roberta, but I’d like to make one suggestion: require new members to link the badge back to your site! You put in the work, why not reap some rewards?
