The Publisher Forums contest was put together by Tyler Cruz, which tells you right away it’s going to be a well-run project.  To be eligible to win one of the tons of prizes, you just have to be an active poster in the Publisher Forums.  Various prizes will be given away in categories like Top Posters, Community Spirit Winners, and Top Referrers.
